We are hiring recent graduates out of Killeen, TX for a dedicated dry van regional account with zero experience minimums, no training contracts, and no gimmicks. You'll run consistent statewide lanes entirely within Texas, stay close to home, and be back every single week. No OTR, no cross-country hauls — just solid Texas miles and a paycheck you can count on.
Pay & compensation
- Annual pay: $68,000 – $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 – $1,500
- CPM: $0.60 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,300 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500

Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Killeen, TX
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
