Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit complex invoices from datasets sourced from various reporting systems in alignment with contractual requirements for invoicing
- Analyze and track data associated with required monthly billing
- Summarize & report monthly invoicing activity using Pivot Tables and graphs for department progress standings.
- Work as a team member to think conceptually about ways to efficiently collect data and enhance the billing process and methodologies to maximize results/outcome
- Liaise with internal and external staff to reconcile issues for continuous process improvement
- Identify and communicate root cause and patterns related to billing issues
- Ensure that customer billing input is accurate and organize all supporting documentation to support customer invoicing.
- Enter invoices directly into the proprietary systems and other systems when necessary
- Work alongside disputes department to review, validate, and resolve complex billing issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain data needed for invoicing to maintain accounting deadlines
- Maintain documentation of current work processes
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Preferred) and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to new internal software systems
- Ability to identify problems, process resolution and implement action or solutions timely
- Ability to function effectively in fast paced, team-oriented work environment
- Ability to meet deadlines; prioritize workloads and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform general math skills, including accurately calculating debits and credits

Hourly pay rate budget: $26.70 plus 5% incentive bonus
Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including candidate qualifications as well as the geographic location of the role and/or candidate.
