ABOUT THE ROLE
CBD College is seeking a credentialed and well-connected MRI professional to serve as MRI Clinical Development Liaison for our MRI Program in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be the face of CBD College in the Houston healthcare community — actively sourcing, negotiating, and securing affiliation agreements with hospitals and outpatient imaging facilities to establish externship rotation slots for our MRI students. You will also serve as the ongoing relationship manager between CBD College and our clinical partners, ensuring those partnerships remain strong, active, and mutually beneficial.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and MRI facilities throughout the Dallas area as prospective clinical partners.
- Initiate outreach and build relationships with department directors, radiology managers, and MRI leads at prospective and existing partner sites.
- Negotiate and procure clinical affiliation agreements and contracts on behalf of CBD College, securing dedicated externship rotation slots for MRI students.
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between CBD College and all affiliated clinical sites.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with clinical partners to ensure contract renewals and continued slot availability.
- Proactively identify and resolve any partnership concerns or site-level issues to protect the integrity of CBD College’s clinical network.
- Continuously grow and diversify the clinical partner network to meet student enrollment demands and program expansion goals.
- Communicate regularly with CBD College program leadership to report on partnership status, pipeline activity, and contract updates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification in good standing.
- Clinical background as a practicing MRI Technologist — essential for establishing credibility with imaging facility partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Professional and comfortable representing CBD College in external-facing settings.
- Strong professional network within the Dallas-area radiology and imaging community (preferred).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Existing relationships with Dallas-area hospitals, imaging centers, or health systems.
- Prior experience in business development, contract procurement, or a clinical liaison role.
- Familiarity with clinical affiliation agreements or healthcare partnership contracts.
- Experience in allied health education or working alongside academic programs.
