The Paddle Pub is looking for Restaurant/Bar full time Floor Manager 32-40 hrs per week. Wage range is based on experience and performance. Must have Restaurant experience

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Over seeing all operations of the restaurant during shifts
- Toast POS knowledge preferred
- running food, supporting Servers & Bartenders
- closing restaurant 4 nights a week
- interacting with guest to make sure great experience
- incentives and games for staff on shifts
- training staff on all details of job
- Overseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality dining, labor control
- Being on the floor managing and controlling services during MGR shifts and working

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include: running the floor and all staff during there shift, managing labor and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- This is a working position must be able to be on your feet during 8 hour shift
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- overseeing all employee shifts
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance and check off lists
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding :scheduling, training, POS
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
Requirements
- Work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry or Strong server and bartending skills
- Customer service skills
- Communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
