Patient Experience & Communication
- First Impressions: Greet clients, visitors, and staff with warmth, empathy, and strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Triage & Phones: Answer multi-line phones, screen inquiries, route calls to the appropriate clinical staff, and take accurate messages.
- Intake Support: Assist new clients with completing necessary intake paperwork, verifying demographic information, and explaining facility guidelines.
Daily Operations & Programming
- Client Attendance: Track daily attendance for each client engaged in the Day Treatment Program.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm daily, weekly, or recurring treatment appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- No-Show Management: Follow up on missed appointments and coordinate with clinicians to fill open slots quickly
Administrative & Billing Support
- Documentation: Manage and organize client charts, scan medical documents, and enter data with high accuracy.
- Insurance Verification: Verify client insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, and collect co-pays or deductibles.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain an orderly reception area, restock clinical and administrative supplies, and ensure waiting areas provide a calming environment
Pay: $17.00 per hour
