Job Summary
Ranger Management is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems while also performing general maintenance duties across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining occupied properties.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service calls on HVAC equipment.
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components and systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to resident and property maintenance requests.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting as needed.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
- Participate in emergency and after-hours on-call rotations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, tenants, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
Required
- HVAC Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical systems, and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for work order management.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
