Qualifications (Quick-Track Onboarding via FADV):
- Experience: Recent CDL Graduates Welcome! Must have graduated from a FedEx-Approved Driving School (OR 1+ year of Class A experience within the last 3 years).
- License: Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples (T) Endorsement (or willing to obtain before hire).
- Clean Record: Clean MVR/DMV report; no DUIs or suspensions in the last 5 years.
- Safety: No preventable accidents or aggressive driving violations in the last 3 years.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and background/drug screen.
