Leasing Specialist - START DATE OF July 1, 2026
MUST HAVE PROPERTY LEASING EXPERIENCE. STUDENT HOUSING IS PREFERRED BUT IF NOT, YOU MUST HAVE LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS (CURRENT) - NO EXCEPTIONS.

What You’ll Do
- Lead leasing efforts, ensuring occupancy goals are consistently met and exceeded.
- Manage your own pipeline, from prospecting and touring to closing the lease.
- Foster a fun, engaging, and friendly atmosphere for potential residents.
- Partner with the team to create innovative leasing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Social media posting and event planning.
Leasing Specialist Pay ($64,675 Overall)
- Competitive Hourly Pay ($20-$25/hr) **Based on experience & abilities**
- Commission per closed transaction ($75-$125/Lease..$13,075 potential based on sales of 50% of the property)
- Bonuses when leasing goals are met (up to $10,000/Year)
Leasing Consultant Qualifications
- Must be able to work every other weekend (10-6). Please do not apply if you cannot meet these requirements. Our property is open 7 days a week
- Team player and work independently
- Good at multi-tasking and handling administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills. We need professionals who are not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone, then follow up by email or text.
