We’re looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Energy Sales Representatives!
What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners face-to-face
- Educate customers on energy products
- Build trust quickly and represent the company with professionalism
- Track leads and manage follow-ups
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Complete enrollments during face-to-face interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
- Sales experience is a plus — but not required (we provide training!)
- Positive attitude
