Tree Branch Consultants is seeking ambitious, career-driven individuals for our Business Internship / Management Training Program. This paid internship is designed for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in leadership, sales, business development, and team management.
Interns will work directly with experienced managers and learn the day-to-day operations of running successful marketing and outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Learn business operations, sales, and client relations
- Assist with customer acquisition and community outreach campaigns
- Participate in leadership and management training
- Help coordinate daily team activities and campaign goals
- Shadow management in recruiting, interviewing, and training
- Develop communication, public speaking, and leadership skills
