As a Social Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive social services plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless care and support
Providing counseling and guidance to patients and their families, as needed
Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify social, emotional, and psychological needs
