Monday–Friday standard schedule
On-call one weekday per week: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend, on-call 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Mentor and support caregivers in daily operations
Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, families, and the care team
Conduct quality assurance visits to maintain high care standards
Support caregiver training and professional development
Participate in on-call rotation for urgent care needs
Attend monthly meetings and team activities
Promote excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all services
Preferred:
2+ years experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
Natural leader with strong mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexibly in the Mankato and Owatonna areas
Physically able to perform caregiving duties
