Duties

Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide with knowledge of meal preparation and food safety protocols
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food handling, cooking techniques, and knife skills
- Experience with menu planning tailored for special diets or fine dining settings
- Background in food service within restaurant or catering environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, and cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety, sanitation, and quality assurance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in meal presentation and safety standards
