About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Coordinator / UX Designer to own the day-to-day operations and user experience of our Shopify websites. This role blends site management, web design, and ecommerce analytics. You'll be the person who keeps our stores running smoothly, while also representing us with key external retail partners. You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented and comfortable moving between creative and technical work.
What You'll Do
Shopify Ecommerce Operations
● Daily maintenance of front- and back-end of three Shopify websites: product setup, images and copy updates, variants, SEO, navigation, collections, order issues, and merchandising
● Maintain a high level of accuracy across all product information, navigation, promotions, and customer-facing content on website as well as marketplace platforms including Shop App, TikTok Shop, and Meta Shop
● Perform ongoing site optimization projects across homepage, PDPs, and PLPs to support current campaigns, drive conversion, and improve site experience for end user
● Create and design the full UX and layout of landing pages with a mobile-first, accessibility-minded approach
● Manage Shopify apps, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate with development partners on enhancements and bug resolution
● Collaborate with marketing team to execute new product launches and promotions
● QA test all website changes and promotions before they go live to identify issues, broken prices, pricing discrepancies, or UX improvements Reporting & Analytics
● Build reports tracking key ecommerce metrics using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics such as: AOV, conversion rate, cart abandonment rate, add-to-cart rate, funnel analysis, etc.
● Monitor customer journeys and onsite behavior to spot optimization opportunities and improve conversion Partner Coordination
● Serve as the primary point of contact for sharing app ecommerce matters accurately with external partners such as: product information, creative assets, and updates
● Set up brand promotions and product launches on their marketplace platforms
● Troubleshoot product sync issues or customer order issues
● Onboard product assortment to new marketplaces as needed, managing SKUs, pricing, inventory, and attributes via Excel spreadsheets Other
● Plan, run, and maintain Google Ads campaigns. Track performance and optimize campaigns based on click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost-per-acquisition
What We're Looking For
● 1-3 years
● Experience with creative tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
● Hands-on Shopify experience: administration, metafields, product management, collections, merchandising, and apps
● Experience with Shop App, TikTok Shop and Meta Shop
● Strong UX and web design skills, with an eye for clean, conversion-focused layouts
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
● Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to utilize time allotted efficiently ● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
