Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges? Do you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, improving reliability, and working with a team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement?
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, conveyors, centrifuges, motors, gearboxes, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and improve reliability.
- Maintain MCCs, VFDs, motors, and process instrumentation.
- Complete root cause analysis and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance activities using a CMMS.
- Support plant outages and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Work in accordance with all safety, environmental, and health regulations.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
What We're Looking For
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
Preferred Skills
- Journeyman Electrician or equivalent industrial electrical experience.
- Experience with PLCs, DCS, instrumentation, VFDs, motor controls, MCCs, and medium-voltage systems.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and process controls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
