Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across all estate areas, including home gym, kitchen and bathrooms, common ares, etc.
- Reset linens for bedrooms only.
- Maintain floors through routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
- Manage sanitation procedures diligently by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and hygiene.
- Handle custodial duties with precision—restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing household staff or family members’ requests promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices.
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation protocols, and general housekeeping management.
- Ability to perform laundry tasks for bedding efficiently while maintaining fabric care standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality housekeeping standards is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure every space meets high cleanliness standards.
