Member Duties : Our AmeriCorps Member Workforce Specialist will provide direct, hands-on support to individuals seeking employment or career advancement. The member will work one-on-one and in small groups to help participants identify career goals, develop personalized Career Success Plans, and build the skills needed to secure and retain employment. This includes delivering job readiness workshops on résumé writing, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, financial literacy, goal setting, and career development. The member will offer ongoing coaching, motivation, and regular check-ins to track progress and help participants overcome barriers to success. They will document services and outcomes, ensuring participants remain on track to graduate from programs, gain employment, or advance in their careers.
