5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar construction leadership role

Experience managing multiple active construction projects simultaneously

Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials, and field operations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, specifications, and scopes of work

Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades at once

Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide, including extended on-site stays

Experience overseeing projects from pre-construction through project closeout
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Oversee 15–20 active projects across multiple markets in partnership with the Head of Construction

Travel to job sites nationwide to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues

Lead site walks, coordination meetings, and subcontractor scheduling efforts

Track project budgets, review invoices, manage change orders, and help control project costs

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, ownership groups, and local authorities

Support due diligence reviews, feasibility assessments, and site evaluations for new projects

Assist property management teams with post-construction maintenance, warranty work, and operational handoffs

Maintain project documentation including RFIs, schedules, submittals, inspections, and closeout materials

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

OSHA 30 certification

Experience with multifamily, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects

Experience using Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Primavera, or similar construction management software
-
Background working in fast-paced, multi-site, travel-heavy environments

Experience supporting operational teams after project completion and turnover
