About the Job
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, upbeat, and customer-loving Retail Sales Associate to join our beachside crew for the Fall! If you’ve got a good vibe, a solid work ethic, and a passion for making people feel at home while they shop, we want to meet you. Whether you're folding tees or helping a customer find their next favorite hoodie, your job is to make the Beach Bum experience a great one.
We are looking for part time, and seasonal employees. We're willing to work with your schedule depending on what you're looking for and what our current needs are!
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet customers with a smile — help them find what they need and vibe with our gear.
- Run the register like a pro, handle cash and cards with care, and keep things flowing smoothly.
- Keep the shelves stocked and looking fresh — restock, organize, and assist with inventory checks.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and as inviting as a sunny beach day.
- Handle customer questions and issues with patience and care — we're all about good vibes only.
What We're Looking For
- Strong cash-handling and register experience.
- Great communication skills — you enjoy talking with people from all walks of life.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills to help with sales and inventory.
- Leadership vibes — ready to support and guide teammates when needed.
- Organized, dependable, and always ready to jump in and help out.
