Outside Sales Representative – Assigned Territory & Live Leads
$145,000+ First Year Potential | Full Back Office Support
Elite Lending Group is expanding and looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives to own protected territories and convert high-intent leads into funded deals.
This is not a door-to-door role and not cold prospecting from scratch. You’ll be equipped with assigned territories, office supplied leads, live transfers, and full back-office support so you can focus on closing and relationship building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
- Attend networking events, conferences, REI meetups, and industry events
- Generate 10–20 qualified leads per event (minimum expectation)
- Work inbound leads and live call transfers
- Build long-term relationships with investors, business owners, and referral partners
- Follow up consistently using our CRM and sales systems
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations (we handle the back office)

Pay: $94,322.74 - $165,506.96 per year
