Technology Dynamics, Inc. (TDI) designs and manufactures the industry’s most diverse lineup of rugged AC and DC power sources including DC power supplies (both switching and linear), DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, UPS systems, and solid-state AC frequency converters for military and heavy industry applications.
The Role: Power Electronics Engineer Technician
- In this key position you will have engineering leadership over several development projects of advanced power systems involving sophisticated designs for military applications, and governed by military standards involving EMI, power quality and severe environmental conditions (e.g., MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-S-901, MIL-STD-810, RCTA/DO-160).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly isolate and resolve issues.
- Candidate must be very familiar with the working modes of power components such as power transistors, diodes, IGBTs and ICs.
- Knowledge of thermal, mechanical and EMI issues will enhance candidacy significantly.
- Knowledge of military specifications will also enhance candidacy significantly.
- Experience ATP format of testing.
- Being a team player.
- Knowledge of circuit simulating software.
- Knowledge of using test equipment.
- Have BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Possesses very strong written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience
