Job Title: Filling Operator
Location: San Dimas, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time + Overtime
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Filling Operator to join our production team in San Dimas, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience operating filling and packaging equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate filling machinery according to production requirements.

Monitor filling lines to ensure proper volume, seal integrity, and packaging quality.

Perform routine machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and sanitation procedures.

Accurately track batch records, production logs, and material inventory.

Adhere strictly to safety standards, quality control policies, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior filling operator or relevant manufacturing experience is required.

High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to stand for long periods, perform physical work, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working consistent extended hours.
Schedule & Shift Details
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Workweek: 6 days per week / 11-hour shifts (1 designated day off during the week).
Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work full 11-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
