Pay: $26.63–$39.94/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
Training: Approximately one month on 1st shift, depending on experience
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support production equipment and facility maintenance on 2nd shift. The position is approximately 80% manufacturing maintenance and 20% facilities maintenance, with a strong mechanical focus and some electrical troubleshooting.
After training on 1st shift, this individual will work independently to troubleshoot breakdowns, complete preventive maintenance, and keep production equipment running efficiently.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding and related manufacturing equipment.
Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, motors, servo drives, sensors, relays, and auxiliary equipment.
Maintain thermolators, material systems, drying systems, and other molding support equipment.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery.
Troubleshoot basic electrical systems from 240V up to 480V.
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting on Allen-Bradley, FANUC, and similar systems; programming from scratch is not required.
Support automated assembly and packaging equipment.
Handle general facilities maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building repairs.
Follow LOTO and established safety procedures.
High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade education preferred.
Approximately 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with injection molding, blow molding, or similar molding equipment strongly preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics and industrial machinery.
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience with motors, relays, sensors, and electrical controls.
Comfortable troubleshooting equipment operating at 240V–480V.
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Must be able to work independently, make sound maintenance decisions, and ask for support when needed.
Must be comfortable providing both production equipment and general facility maintenance.
