We are seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our growing multidisciplinary practice and contribute nutritional expertise to our layered approach to care.
Kalón By Kiesha serves as the skin-health entry point, while The Inner Echelōn™ extends the journey into a continuum of care from skin health to whole-person wellness. Each practitioner contributes expertise within their respective discipline, allowing clients to receive more connected, intentional support through every layer of their wellness journey.
Your Role in the Continuum of Care
As our nutrition professional, you will help clients better understand the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, skin health, and overall wellness while practicing within your professional scope.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting individualized nutrition assessments and consultations.
- Developing personalized nutrition and wellness recommendations.
- Educating clients on sustainable nutrition and lifestyle practices.
- Providing in-person and/or virtual follow-up support.
- Collaborating appropriately with Estheticians, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Massage Therapists, and other wellness professionals.
- Participating in workshops, educational programming, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or appropriately credentialed nutrition professional.
- Applicable Ohio licensure/credentialing for services provided.
- Experience in nutrition counseling, clinical nutrition, wellness, or a related area.
- Strong client education, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in skin health, women's wellness, behavior change, integrative care, or whole-person wellness.
- Collaborative, compassionate, professional, and committed to continued learning.
