Water Filtration Installer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Water Filtration Installer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining residential water treatment systems while providing a professional, high-quality experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of plumbing, water treatment, or related installation experience, is mechanically skilled, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working independently in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install whole-home water filtration systems
- Install and configure water softeners and conditioning equipment
- Install under-sink and whole-home reverse osmosis (RO) systems
- Perform scheduled service and preventative maintenance on water treatment equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot filtration, softener, and RO system issues
- Replace filters, membranes, media, valves, fittings, and other components as needed
- Connect equipment to residential plumbing and ensure installations meet company quality standards
- Test completed installations to verify proper operation and check for leaks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation process
- Clearly explain system operation and basic maintenance requirements to customers
- Accurately document installations, service work, and equipment used
- Maintain company tools, equipment, parts, and vehicle inventory
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable plumbing requirements
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every appointment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in water treatment, plumbing, appliance installation, HVAC, or a related mechanical trade
- Previous experience installing water filtration systems, water softeners, or reverse osmosis systems strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fittings, valves, and connections
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily installation/service schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials associated with water treatment installations
- Ability to work in garages, utility areas, under sinks, and other residential installation environments

Schedule
Full-time position serving customers throughout the Jacksonville, FL area. Some flexibility may be required based on installation schedules and customer needs.
