Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing, to generate new business opportunities and expand accounts
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs while achieving company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze account performance
- Engage in B2B sales activities by presenting product offerings, demonstrating value propositions, and closing deals
- Support business development initiatives by identifying market trends, potential leads, and growth opportunities in the technology sector
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, especially in technology sales or B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, and customer service roles
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support customer engagement and retention

Pay: $60,151.61 - $80,000.00 per year
