Position Overview
We are launching an exciting new product line and looking for a motivated Assembly & Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Research & Development (R&D) department. You will help bring new concepts to life through hands-on building and refining. This position offers immense growth potential. We want someone ready to take on new challenges and scale their career as the product line expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise, hands-on mechanical and physical assembly of new products.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to build prototypes and test new designs.
- Follow detailed technical blueprints, schematics, and instructions exactly.
- Communicate clearly with engineers and team members about assembly results.
- Identify and report any production issues or design flaws immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
