The Director of Marketing will lead all aspects of the company's marketing strategy and execution. This executive-level position is responsible for strengthening our national brand, generating qualified leads, supporting business development efforts, managing digital and event marketing, and communicating the impact of our work to educators across the country. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a passion for helping organizations grow through thoughtful, data-driven marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
- Demonstrated success building brands and generating measurable growth.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing.
- Experience in K–12 education or educational consulting.
