Property Management company looking for Maintenance Tech for a High Rise Condominium in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Maintenance Techs are responsible for completing tasks that ensure the community meets all safety standards, site appearance standards and that all buildings, units, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order. Maintains common areas of all buildings, and responds to and completes requests for maintenance and demonstrates a high-level of customer service at all times. Must be able to work on Building Systems for a Residential High Rise building
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and residents.
2. Ability and skills to perform maintenance in any or all of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, cleaning, landscaping, pool maintenance, Building Systems Maintenance.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively
5. Ability to effectively work on a team and contribute to team goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Prior maintenance experience working in a High Rise Residential Building or similar industry preferred
