This advanced concrete matrix produces stronger, thinner and lighter architectural elements, allowing designers to further explore the limits and possibilities of precast concrete.
We are seeking a well-rounded CNC Programmer/Operator to head up our machining department. Candidate will be responsible for writing code, programming CNC Mill. Seeking someone that can manage machine operators on site to properly set up and run machines. Must be knowledgeable with Frog 3D equipment and Fusion 360 software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- CNC programming, set up & operation of CNC Mills.
- Set-up and break-down of machining centers as well as PM and cleaning
- Create schedules for machining centers based on production schedule
- Train and oversee machine operators
- Have knowledge of other shop equipment such as manual mills, bending and rolling equipment, saws, sanders, panel saws, welding, drills, etc.
- Draw, read and interpret prints, plans, sketches, and shop drawings.
- Work with designers and management to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
- Responding to quick turnaround orders
- Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Perform related duties, as assigned.
- Prepare and maintain a budget for the Milling department
- Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the Milling area
Minimum Qualifications:
- Trade school graduate, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with CNC Equipment
- Knowledge of Fusion 360
- Knowledge of Aspire, Frog 4D software a plus
- Strong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately read tape measurement & blueprints and translate into fabricated products.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
