Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time experienced automotive technician who can handle jobs from diagnosis to completion with minimal supervision.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are not hiring beginners or trainees. We need a technician who already knows the trade and can produce results.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time position
- Monthly pay
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Engine repair and timing jobs
- Transmission removal, replacement, and rebuilds
- Wheel bearings, suspension, and general repairs
- Complete jobs efficiently and correctly
- Communicate clearly with service advisor regarding findings
- Document repairs with photos, videos, and proof (old vs new parts)
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in automotive repair
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)
- Experience with:
- Engine repair & timing components
- Transmission repair/replacement/rebuild
- Wheel bearings and major mechanical work
- Must have own tools
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certification is a plus (not required)
Shop Expectations (Read Carefully)
We run a structured, team-oriented operation. Technician must:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Clean their work area after each job
- Be comfortable using a vehicle lift and air tools (provided)
- Communicate via text with the tech/service advisor
- Take clear photos and videos of repairs
- Show before/after conditions and old vs new parts
- Stay organized to ensure full transparency with customers
Team Culture & Daily Operations
This is not just about turning wrenches — it’s about running a smooth shop.
- Assist with moving/pushing vehicles when needed
- Help maintain overall shop cleanliness
- Be part of daily setup and organization
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Can be the first one in the shop in the morning
- Is responsible for opening the gate and preparing the shop
- Helps with parking, organizing, and moving vehicles in/out
