Our services include structural steel fabrication and steel erection for commercial properties, industrial projects, arenas, and airports across North America.

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled welder to grow their career with a Premier Muncie Employer. The ideal candidate must have strong plate and tube welding experience. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, have attention to detail, maintain a good work ethic, and be dependable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Read blueprints to layout, fit and weld components to assemble structural forms.
- Pass a D1.1 2F weld test (at interview)
- Must work SAFE
- Must be familiar with welders, torches, grinders, etc.
- Be able to pass a simple fillet weld test and produce a sellable weld per AWS and internal QC
- Consistently produce acceptable welds per the drawings and AWS
- Be able to lift 60#. A pre-employment physical lift test will be given.
- Be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Be available to work all regular and over-time hours required
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Show up ready to work at 6 am on scheduled days
- High quality of workmanship is a must.
- Employee will work directly with experienced lead man assigned to the area.
- Must be efficient and productive.
