Position Overview
RxHealing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our field sales team. This is a commission-based, outside sales position in which your primary responsibility is obtaining orders and contracts from pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare practitioners for RxHealing's approved products and services. You will work independently in the field, building relationships with healthcare providers, educating them on our remote patient care programs, and driving adoption of our technology platforms.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys working directly with healthcare professionals, and is passionate about expanding access to innovative patient care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Obtain executed agreements from pharmacies, clinics, and practitioners to purchase RxHealing's approved products and services
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across healthcare organizations
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and informational meetings with practitioners and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Market RxHealing's services and value proposition to practitioners, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations
- Promote adoption and utilization of remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and other remote patient care programs
- Register prospective accounts in the company portal and maintain accurate field activity records
Important: This role is nonclinical and administrative in nature. You will not determine medical necessity, assess or diagnose patients, interpret clinical data, provide treatment advice, or make clinical decisions.
Position Structure and Work Environment
- Classification: W-2 employee, outside sales position
- Location: Field-based, working remotely across your area
- Schedule: Self-directed; no required minimum hours or set daily schedule. You control when and how you perform your work, subject to meeting field activity benchmarks and company directives
- Travel: Substantial travel required to visit pharmacy, clinic, and practitioner locations
- Primary Work Setting: You will be customarily and regularly engaged away from company offices, visiting clients and prospective clients in the field
Qualifications: Required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory or regions
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate healthcare technology platforms and remote care programs
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical business practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications: Preferred
- Experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related field
- Existing relationships with pharmacies, clinics, or healthcare practitioners
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or telehealth services
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: This is a commission-only position. Expected first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $200,000, based on the historical performance of representatives in similar roles. Actual earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance and account development. There is no base salary or guaranteed minimum, and representatives may earn no compensation in periods when they do not generate commissions.

Training and Support
RxHealing provides comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support, including:
- Initial orientation and training on company products, services, compliance requirements, and technology platforms
- Access to company portal systems for account management, reporting, and training resources
- Ongoing product and compliance training through the company's learning management system
- Performance review interviews to assess progress, provide feedback, and establish goals
- Support from company leadership and administrative teams
