OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Gahanna, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In Office)
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000+ Based on Experience
Shift Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing roofing and exterior restoration company.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven experience managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling customer communications, organizing production workflows, and keeping multiple moving parts moving forward at all times.
The Operations Manager serves as the central hub between our customers, sales team, production team, suppliers, and leadership team. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AccuLynx CRM and project workflows
- Coordinate production scheduling and material ordering
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, scheduling, and updates
- Handle permitting and coordination with municipalities
- Process invoices and manage project closeout procedures
- Coordinate warranty registrations and documentation
- Track project progress and ensure jobs move efficiently through production
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and leadership
- Maintain accurate job files and documentation
- Follow up on punch list items, warranty claims, and outstanding project needs
- Ensure projects remain organized, updated, and moving through the production pipeline
- Assist leadership with reporting, process improvement, and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations, project coordination, office management, construction administration, or production management experience required
- Construction, roofing, restoration, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, or home-services experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and software systems
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Experience with AccuLynx is a major plus
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
