Mondo Tracking Solutions is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team.
Part-Time Position
$15/hour + Sales Commissions
Bilingual English & Spanish REQUIRED
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone, text, and email
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish
- Follow up with customers and sales leads
- Help promote and sell our GPS, ELD, and fleet technology services
- Prepare basic quotes and customer information
- Maintain organized customer records
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Basic computer skills
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
Compensation
$15.00 per hour + commissions on sales
