Job Summary
We are seeking a Transportation Driver to join the team! As our Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for making sure our clients get to and from their desination safe and efficient.Transportation driver must be aware of working around drivers’ schedules, and considering road conditions and weather. Your goal will be to maximize efficiency through dispatching and utilize all assets effectively while providing a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has knowledge ofDODD & DOT laws and regulations, previous driving or dispatching experience, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling your schedule with professionalism and coordinating last minute pop ups and incidents effective and other transportation
- Handle dispatch issues as they arise, including working around last-minute changes, weather challenges, and more
- Analyze deliveries and routes, and maximize efficiency
- Create a positive, healthy work environment for both office staff and transportation staff
- Making sure you vehicle is clean and in good running condition at all times
Qualifications
- Previous driving or dispatch experience strongly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
