What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations as directed by post orders.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited behavior in accordance with location policies.

Prepare clear reports of patrol findings, incidents, and/or maintenance or roadway-related concerns observed during assigned rounds.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
