What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face at their homes
- Schedule roofing inspection appointments
- Perform basic ground-level visual inspections
- Determine whether a project calls for repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement
- Put together detailed, accurate roofing estimates based on your inspection findings
- Communicate estimate details and recommendations to our internal production and operations teams
- Juggle multiple estimates at once while hitting deadlines and keeping your accuracy high

As a Roofing Appointment Setter, you'll be the person who first shows homeowners what's really going on with their roof — walking them through the health of it in plain terms and kicking off the start of their project pipeline. We generate our leads the old-fashioned way: by getting out, meeting homeowners in person, and going where they are.
If you're confident talking to people, like staying active, and are ready to trade in the ceiling of a typical retail, warehouse, hotel, or customer service job for a real career path, this is your next move. Our top performers are consistently earning between $100k–$200k+.
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturdays
- Availability between 10am–7pm (CST)
- No overnight travel
- Active, outdoor work
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- Positive attitude
- Strong drive to succeed
- Professionalism
- Great communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the office
- Able to work 40 hours between 10am–7pm (CST), Monday–Friday, plus alternating Saturdays
Pay: $75,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
