Title: Pad Probing Prep Technician
Pay Rate: $20/hr + $2 Shift Differential
Hours: Wednesday – Friday alternating Saturday 600PM – 630AM
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Type: Assignment with Full Benefits Package

About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Locate and retrieve required samples for processing.
- Generate a site list for testing and analysis.
- Identify and apply the appropriate recipe for each job.
- Perform test site runs to verify tool performance and calibration.
- Execute the defined recipe to ensure accurate processing.
- Utilize basic knowledge of Focused Ion Beam (FIB) sample preparation to support operations.
- Follow and document processing in lab systems per BKM.
- Compare images to CAD layout to look for anomalies, identify locations, and take appropriate action.
- Communication with team
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in the STEM field plus 2 years of experience working in a lab environment
- Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy and/or beam based tools.
- Basic knowledge of Semiconductors
- Testing of tools and equipment for performance and optimization for future operations
- Attention to detail
- Strong proactive communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Using Focused Ion Beams (FIB) for sample preparation
- Metrology data processing and statistical analysis
- Has an understanding of device physics and circuits
- Ability to prioritize to enable multitasking (run more than one job at a time)
