JOB TITLE: Production /Manufacturing Coordinator
SUMMARY: The primary responsibility for the Production /Manufacturing coordinator is to coordinate communication, workflow and materials within the manufacturing departments to ensure project completion in a timely efficient manner for complete customer satisfaction. The role will assist in continuous improvement activities to develop and maintain a culture of problem solving and quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage production scheduling including production order due date, production schedule, customer ship dates, and shop schedule for on-time completion
· Ensure all schedules are up to date, making any changes required and communicating those changes to all affected departments
· Work with Management to streamline the work order process are run to ensure maximum efficiencies
· Work with the CAD-CAM Operations Coordinator to direct production personnel on daily assignments
· Organize and implement production work timelines and goals to ensure customer fulfillment and facility capability
· Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing and materials departments and supervisors on material status and production planning issues
· Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervises production staff and production processes as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-5 years related experience or equivalent.
· Knowledge of production practices and procedures.
· Experience or background in mechanical/Construction applications
· Ability to learn & operate CNC routing and cutting equipment and related machinery
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
· Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
· Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions
· Ability to perform physical labor
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
