Fashion Brand senior Sales Associate, MUST BE ENERGETIC AND MULTI TASKER

Rain + Rose is a women’s contemporary fashion brand with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in sweaters and tops and proudly partner with major retailers and boutiques nationwide. We are seeking a Fashion Brand Wholesale Sales Associate with strong wholesale fashion experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional who understands the wholesale fashion business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working directly with buyers and accounts. MUST HAVE MINIMUM FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN WHOLESALE FASHION SALES AND RETAIL SALES, WORKING WTH MAJOR ACCOUNTS
Key Responsibilities
Tradeshow Sales Support
- Travel to trade shows (approximately 2 times per year) to represent the brand
- Present collections to buyers in person, write orders, and provide follow-up support
- Support sales leadership during markets
Sales & Administrative
- Create lookbooks and line sheets to share with buyers and prospective accounts
- Maintain and follow up with account lists, ensuring timely communication
- Manage and track samples: sending out, following up, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide customer support for boutique wholesale accounts
- Assist with sales reporting and account organization
- Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Maintain showroom organization and ensure samples are kept up to date
- MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH CANVA, EXCEL, PDF
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the fashion wholesale industry (showroom, trade shows, or major accounts)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strong proficiency with email campaign platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Experience creating line sheets, lookbooks, and buyer presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and ability to build and maintain buyer relationships
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
