Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold cleanliness standards and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of custodial duties and industrial cleaning techniques is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in floor care and general cleaning practices.
