Job Description
Computer Career Institute seeking a full-time Admissions Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students through phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings
- Make 75–100 outreach calls per day to qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Set up and conduct campus tours, information sessions, and open houses
- Provide career counseling and guide prospective students through enrollment procedures
- Manage the application process, follow up with inquiries, and ensure timely communication
- Collaborate with the Admissions Director, marketing, and enrollment teams to achieve admissions goals
- Represent the school at community events and outreach programs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support a positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Strong sales ability with 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, admissions, customer service, or related sales roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of the IT industry a strong asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet enrollment goals
