Pay Range (California Pay Transparency Compliance)
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Direct Client Care (CX Rate): $62.00 – $72.00 per hour
- Non-Client / Administrative Time: $25.00 per hour
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY):
- Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience
Compensation is based on the type of work performed and paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws, including overtime where applicable.
Non-client/administrative time may include:
- Documentation
- Report writing
- Treatment planning
- Clinical preparation
- Parent/caregiver communication (non-billable)
- Team meetings
- Training
- Compliance activities
- Administrative responsibilities

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to join our expanding clinical team.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a structured, fast-paced healthcare environment and value mentorship, flexibility, and long-term professional growth.
Clinical Fellows will receive supervision consistent with California and ASHA requirements.
Schedule Options
We offer scheduling flexibility based on operational needs, including:
- Full-time opportunities
- Part-time opportunities
- 4/10 schedule options may be available
- Dedicated documentation time
- Evening availability preferred
- Saturday availability preferred
Saturday is considered a regular business day.
The clinic is closed Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech therapy services
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Write reports and progress notes
- Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in mentorship, supervision, and case review meetings
- Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards
For experienced SLPs:
- Clinical supervision opportunities may be available
- CFY mentorship opportunities
- SLPA supervision opportunities (as permitted by law/company structure)
QualificationsLicensed SLP Applicants
Required:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred:
- CCC-SLP
- Pediatric experience
- Adult/geriatric experience
- Private practice experience
Clinical Fellow (CFY) Applicants
Required:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for California CF/RPE registration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional growth
Work Environment
This role requires:
- In-person clinical service delivery
- Travel between company locations as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
