Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our upscale hotel located in Montgomery.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our property and equipment. This position reports to and supports the Chief Engineer.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and property to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Must have excellent attendance record
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
- Ability to use Quore app a plus
- Reports to Chief Engineer/Lead Maintenance Technician
