POSITION OVERVIEW
Bossi Boulevard is seeking professional, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Solutions Consultants.
Bossi Boulevard partners with companies and organizations to connect customers with products, services, and programs that meet their personal or business needs.
This position offers remote work-from-home, hybrid, and in-person opportunities. The work arrangement will depend on the assigned campaign, territory, training requirements, and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers
- Listen to customers and identify their individual needs
- Educate customers about available products, services, and programs
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Assist customers with applications, enrollments, or service requests
- Provide timely and professional customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information
- Protect confidential and sensitive customer information
- Complete all required product, system, and compliance training
- Follow Bossi Boulevard and client-partner policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Represent Bossi Boulevard and its client partners with professionalism and integrity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service, sales, marketing, consulting, or related experience is preferred but not required
- We are willing to train motivated and coachable candidates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, personable, dependable, and results-oriented
- Organized and capable of managing customer follow-up
- Comfortable learning and explaining different products and services
- Able to follow established procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with a team
- Comfortable using electronic systems and participating in virtual meetings
- Willing to complete any required background screening
- Must maintain a professional appearance during virtual meetings and in-person assignments
- Reliable transportation may be required for in-person assignments
REMOTE-WORK REQUIREMENTS
Candidates working remotely may be required to have:
- A professional and distraction-free workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- A current computer, smartphone, or tablet
- The ability to attend virtual training and team meetings
- Strong time-management and independent work skills
- The ability to protect confidential customer and company information
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based opportunity. Compensation may vary depending on the assigned client campaign, position classification, and completed and approved customer enrollments or services.
Complete compensation details and expectations will be provided before the consultant begins an assignment.
SCHEDULE
Flexible weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available. Work schedules and location requirements will depend on the assigned campaign, territory, and business needs.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
