Job Goal:
The Upper School Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Upper School leadership team. This role ensures the smooth day to day functioning of the school by supporting faculty, managing communications, coordinating events, and maintaining organized systems and records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are but illustrate the general duties required of the position. Leadership reserves the right to and may require the successful candidate to perform duties other than those contained in this document.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Principal and Assistant Principal
- Assist teachers with classroom needs, materials, and technology
- Coordinate substitute coverage and provide occasional substitute teaching as needed
- Assist with academic oversight tasks such as running reports, reviewing lesson plans and assessments, and maintaining tutoring resources.
- Prepare Upper School newsletters, calendars, and social media content
- Help plan and execute school events, staff activities, and student life programs
- Maintain accurate records and systems and update annual documents.
- Attend weekly campus staff meetings
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Prior school experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
