Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Poteet, TX. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, posting and executing social media strategies across various platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and fostering community engagement. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Managing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Must be proficient in photography and videography
- Must have own video, photography, and editing equipment
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, OR adequate experience in the related field
- Bilingual Spanish/ English is a must
- Experience in the music industry is a plus
