We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

Monitor and report changes in client's health status

Follow care plans and ensure the client's needs are met

Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality

Experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred

Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques

Familiarity with vital signs monitoring

Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care

Understanding of caregiving principles and practices

Knowledge of hospice care is a plus
