Sales & Community Associate
FS8 Eagle | Eagle, Idaho
Part-time | 15+ hours per week
Pay: $18 + commission
About the Role
FS8 Eagle is looking for an outgoing, driven Sales & Community Associate with proven sales experience and a genuine love for people.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role focused on growing our membership, building relationships, and creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors. You’ll also support studio events, customer communication, local partnerships, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and close membership sales
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Answer questions and confidently guide the sales process
- Maintain organized and timely customer communication
- Support studio events and community partnerships
- Assist with social media content
- Represent FS8 Eagle with energy and professionalism
- Help with daily front-desk and studio operations
Qualifications
- Professional sales experience is required
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and close business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident making calls and following up with leads
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Willing to assist with events and social media
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community is a plus
Schedule
- 15+ hours per week
- Shifts are 8:00 AM-1:30 PM and 4:45 PM-8:00 PM
- Some community events may take place outside regular studio hours
Compensation and Benefits
